Our company operates several modern manufacturing facilities which are divided by function, material and purpose managed by an experienced staff alert to the latest improvements in technology and equipped with the wide array of machinery. The precision machined parts are widely applied in many fields, like electric telecommunication parts, automation fixture parts, medical equipment parts, food machinery components, chemical machinery parts, printing machines parts, and so on.
Material: Stainless steel, Aluminum alloy, Carbon, Steel, Brass, Bronze, Engineering plastics: ABS, PBT, POM, PTFE- , PPS, PEI, PEEK, PA66, PP, PETP, DELR, synthetics (volumes from 3” to 30” cube) with tolerances to +/- .0002 or better. We will according to our customer’s requested to machining.
Surface treatment: We have done different type of material surface treatment: electro polishing, chemical polishing, passivation, and chrome, Sandblasting, anodizing, dusting of true color, black, gray and red, etc. Nigrescence, zinc, chromium, nickel plating, electroless nickel, phosphating, sandblasting micro glass beads and so on.

We not only have advanced processing equipments, such as CNC, Precision EDM and Wire-cut etc, but also have experienced team for mould production and management. We can make die-casting and plastic injection moulds, and in the total output, die-casting mouldsaccounts for about 50%, and the rest is for plastic injection moulds. We take advantage of superior grade of mold steel like 1.2767, 1.2344, 1.2316, NAK80 or H13, H11, P20 or 420 etc. to produce various plastic injection and die-casting moulds, according to international standard such as HASCO and DME standard as required. Additionally, we also well-experienced in making Hot Runner.
